Congratulations Coach Rick Howard!

OFC would like to say a big congratulations to Coach Rick Howard of the U17 boys team.  He was named Southeast Region Coach of the Year!

Coach Howard will now be a finalist for National Coach of the Year which will be announced at the NSCAA Convention in Baltimore this January.
